We are looking for a PLUMBING SALES for project and service work within the Tudi Mechanical Commercial Plumbing Department. This role will report directly to the Plumbing Operations Manager in our Pittsburgh office.  We are looking for a highly motivated, technically skilled, customer-focused individual who wants to be part of a winning team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with current customers to review potential plumbing projects.
  • Develop scope of work and estimated cost.  Meet with customer to review.
  • Sell commercial/industrial plumbing services by maintaining assigned sales quota and following established guidelines.
  • Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.
  • Accurately interpret customer needs and work with customer to offer appropriate solutions to satisfy requirements.
  • Present sales presentation and estimates and proposals to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our services over those of the competition.
  • Follow up on estimates and bids submitted to prospects.
  • Prepare final contract for signature.
  • Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
  • Post installation follow-up.
  • Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to build rapport with customers.
  • Aggressively drive sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of commercial plumbing sales and estimating experience.
  • Must have a plumbing license.
