We are looking for a RESIDENTIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Pittsburgh, PA area.  This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales.  The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Insure 100% quality on all customer service calls.
• Conduct In Home Sales Presentations.
• Home Comfort System Evaluations.
• 2-4 In Home presentations a day.
• Create self-generated leads. 
• Insure timely response to all customer requests.
• Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the preparation of solutions to satisfy customer problems to meet their service expectations in a timely manner.
• Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, Lowes Home Improvement stores, and other networking events.
• Market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.
• Create clear quotations and proposals.
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.

SKILLS:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
• Computer proficient.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of In Home Sales experience
• Valid Driver’s License.
   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnaces.
• Associates Degree.
