We are looking for an ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR for the Commercial/Industrial Electrical Division.  This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales in our Pittsburgh office.  The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with current TUDI customers to review potential electrical projects.
  • Develop scope of work and estimated cost.  Meet with customer to review.
  • Selling Electrical Projects to commercial and industrial companies.
  • Aggressively develop new customers and new market channels in the industrial and commercial markets.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers within the company customer base.
  • Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software.
  • Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
  • Promote lead generation on an ongoing basis to provide the company with Project, New Construction, Energy Solutions, Plumbing, Electrical, and Maintenance sales opportunities.

SKILLS:

  • Technical experience in Commercial / Industrial Electrical Installations and Service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a strong focus on the customer’s pain and buying motives.
  • Sales ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 + years outside Business to Business sales experience in Commercial / Industrial Electrical installation and service industry.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and aggressively close sales.
  • Ability to develop sales action plans.
  • Ability to use and maintain CRM software.
