We are looking for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Commercial Division in our Pittsburgh, PA office.  The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Advance the implementation, execution, and refinement of the Department’s estimating process to achieve maximum efficiencies and economies of scale to maximize corporate profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Insure 100% quality on all customer service calls.
•  Assist with the redemption of inside Commercial Spot Quote revenue.
• Support the TUDI Mechanical Sales Team by assisting in the preparation of solutions to satisfy customer business problems to meet their service expectations in a timely manner.
• Market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis.
• Create clear quotations and proposals.
• Create accurate submittals.
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanical management.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
• Sales ability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Equipment sales or service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• College or Technician Degree in HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Experience on Trane/Carrier equipment as well as other name brands of HVAC equipment.
• Previous HVAC Technician experience a plus.
