We have an immediate need for a IN-STORE LEAD GENERATOR in the Cranberry, Robinson, and Homestead (Waterfront) COSTCO stores. Work up to 20 hours per week. This role will report directly to the Residential Director of Sales.

As a Residential Service – Lead Generator, you will work for TUDI Mechanical Systems in an assigned Costco store to assist customers while they shop and offer them the opportunity to receive a no-cost evaluation of their home’s energy efficiency along with information about our services. This is not a sales position, you will be offering a free assessment on their home. Other responsibilities may include placing signage or displays.

SKILLS:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must posses good customer service and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to speak and understand English clearly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• Previous Lead Generation experience.
• Retail and/or Sales Experience.
• Knowledge in residential HVAC, A/C, and furnances.
• Associate's Degree.
