Sales Representative

We are looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST for the Commercial Division in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales. The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Selling maintenance contracts to commercial and industrial companies
  • Aggressively develop new customers and new market channels in the industrial and commercial markets
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers within the Tudi Mechanical customer maintenance base
  • Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software (Goldmine)
  • Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals
  • Promote lead generation on an ongoing basis to provide Tudi Mechanical with Project, Design Build, Energy Solutions and Maintenance sales opportunities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a strong focus on the customer’s pain and buying motives.
  • Sales ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 + years outside sales experience in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and aggressively close sales.
  • Business to Business sales experience.
  • Ability to develop sales action plans
  • Ability to use and maintain CRM software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Understand the financial HVAC sale – impact on cash flow, pay-back, ROI, leasing vs. purchase, etc.
